1. Question: How will I save money on the monitoring of my alarm system using Paramount Alarms, Inc.?
Answer: Paramount Alarms and its partners own our monitoring centers and therefore our costs are significantly less. Because our costs are significantly less, we are then able to pass on the savings to our customers.

2. Question: Is there a warranty on your products and services?
Answer: There is a 90 day warranty on all our products and services.

3. Question: Is Paramount Alarms, Inc. an established business?
Answer: Paramount Alarms, Inc. has been providing services since 1968. We are confident that our brick and mortar beginnings will keep us around for years to come.

4. Question: Will you set up a new alarm system for me if I don't currently have an alarm system?
Answer: Paramount Alarms, Inc. offers complete alarm product services ranging from "do it yourself " services to "fully installed" services.

5. Question: How will my existing alarm system be switched to your center?
Answer: Paramount Alarms, Inc. will send a technician to your location (Arizona only) to replace or reprogram your alarm to our 24 hour alarm monitoring station.

6. Question: What if I have an alarm system that was never previously monitored?
Answer: Paramount Alarms Inc. has technicians trained in the latest technology who will reprogram your alarm to our 24 hour monitoring station.

7. Question: Will I pay a fee for connection or a set-up fee?
Answer: It if FREE with a 3 year contract.

8. Question: What systems will Paramount Alarms, Inc. be able to monitor?
Answer: Paramount Alarms is able to monitor any alarm brand, unless it is a “propriety” system” or so old that the programmers are not available. However we will replace the brain and keypad at an additional low price.

9. Question: Once I choose to switch to Paramount Alarms, Inc., how will that change my alarm system?
Answer: Paramount Alarms, Inc. will make NO CHANGES to your existing alarm system. All existing zones and codes will remain the same. The alarm monitoring center which receives the signal to your alarm system will be changed. Your existing alarm panel monitors will remain the same except they will be switched to be monitored through Paramount Alarms, Inc..

10. Question: What is the procedure followed if I need repair on my alarm system or if I would like to add devices?
Answer: Paramount Alarms, Inc. will service your system and / or add additional products once your existing system is switched over to our alarm center. You will need to complete a service order. In order to complete a service order, please contact our 24 hour service and repair department.

11. Question: If I would like to cancel service after I pre-pay for it in advance, what will happen??
Answer
: You will receive a refund from Paramount Alarms, Inc. for any unused portion of your monitoring fees after the amount for services used at the monthly rate is deducted.

12. Question: How long will it take if I choose to switch to Paramount Alarms, Inc.?
Answer: An appointment will be made in as little as 24 to 48 hours once your order is received.

13. Question: If I choose to switch to Paramount Alarms, Inc., when should I cancel my existing alarm monitoring service?
Answer
: You should cancel your existing alarm monitoring service once you have been notified that the service has been switched into the Paramount Alarms, Inc. center.

14. Question: What if the existing contract for my alarm monitoring service is not finished?
Answer: Paramount Alarms, Inc. does not encourage you to break any agreement. However, if you are not receiving the level of service you contracted for, you may have grounds to cancel an agreement.

15. Question: Will I need to obtain a permit or license for monitoring my alarm?
Answer: The requirements vary per county and city. It is suggested that you contact your local police department to verify if a permit or license is necessary.

16. Question: Will I be charged for false alarms through Paramount Alarms, Inc.?
Answer: You will not be charged for false alarms through Paramount Alarms, Inc.. Service will be provided to you regardless of how many times your alarm goes off.

Answer: Paramount Alarms, Inc. is able to provide service in Arizona.

18. Question: Will I be able to receive an insurance discount using Paramount Alarms, Inc. Monitoring Service?
Answer: Paramount Alarms, Inc. will provide a certificate to you notifying your insurance carrier to extend any possible the discounts based upon the 24 hour monitoring of your alarm.
